Hi Coaches, Managers and Players.
The Ballina Soccer Club only organises one or two main fundraising activities during the year to help with purchasing equipment, providing merchandise at a reduced price for our players and help fund the end of year presentations. To this end, we are conducting a Gourmet Family Pie fundraiser with the gourmet pies to be supplied by Brumbys Ballina. The Family pies will be available in Plain, Curried Beef, Chicken Mornay and Vegetable. They will cost $14 each.
We need your help to make this fundraiser a success.
On Saturday 3rd June, there will be order forms for each team available at the canteen for pick up. We would appreciate if all Coaches and Managers could go to the canteen before their game on Saturday to collect the order forms to pass out to players/MiniRoo parents on the day.
The order form and payment have to be back at the canteen the following fortnights home game of Saturday 17th June and delivery will be home game Saturday 1st July. More information will be provided about the delivery when we get closer to the delivery date.
As this is one of our only fundraising events so far it would be appreciated if all coaches could help out with this event in particular to ensure that monies and orders are returned by the due date.
